I am now back in full training! I benched monday only 2nd week back and hit 182.5kg 3 reps raw. Feeling good after elbow operation, also deadlifts been working on partial pulls from shin height past 2 weeks 1st session, I hit 325kg 10 reps no straps just a belt and this week I hit 385kg 5 reps no straps just belt. My squat is coming a little slower due to the groin strain but is getting much stronger , my next show will be maybe just a bench at bpc welsh or bpc slough and after that its a all out battle against chad and donnie at the british.

2008 so far has not really started off too good, after having a operation on elbow in nov 07 I was just getting back to strength when I got a cold which really dehydrated me.
So my next workout I squatted 340kg/749lbs for reps just belt and wraps felt really strong, then next I got ready for d.lift same again went to 340k/749lbs was just setting up and pop my groin popped so I thought nothing of it and pulled 2 reps easy, next day my god, my groin was in so much pain, so that was that but then this cold turned into a viral infection which led to me being admitted into hospital due to very high blood presssure.
After all the checks on my heart the works the results are good, my heart is good, my blood pressure back to normal and I just need to rest a little till I shake it off, but I will be back very soon stronger than ever, I want some records back, and I will not stop untill I am no.1 again lol

I have had a slight elbow problem over past few weeks so will have to back off bench for next few weeks. My squat I strong at moment been working the weights up slow over weeks using just belt and wraps and wed 14th nov I hit 380kg/836lbs for 3 good deep reps with only belt and old wraps felt really strong, now its time to back off and build up for wpo finals on feb 17th, also deadlift is going well working from low boards past few months and hit 380kg/836lbs for 5 dead stop reps really strong. My bodywt is 164kg/365lbs so everything is going well. Looking forward to finals in feb.
